here’s a thought; If someone is described as a ‘hopeless romantic’, why is that seen as a good thing? Surely it means that the person concerned is really rubbish at romance (and all the attendant travails)

Surely it’d be much better to be a really good romantic. You’d know which flowers she likes (although my limited experience in this area suggests that *any* flowers are fine), which parts she particularly likes you to tweak (without a nudge or a map from her) and all that stuff.

Not really sure why I started this now. I guess I thought I should write something here, and my usual knob gags didnt seem quite right.
